Newly built extra-large 1,200 sq ft villa steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world. Located in the resort of Treasure Cay in the Beach Villa Community with private community pool, observation deck & quiet beach. 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with full bathroom across the hall.
The Space
The villa has all been furnished with all new furniture.
Beach towels and pool floats are available at the villa. Beach chairs and palapas are available on the beach.

Outside security cameras. Please note: Treasure Cay is continuing to rebuild after Hurricane Dorian. You may experience short power outages and low water pressure. There are 5 restaurants available, Cafe La Florence, Bahama Beach club, Creative Hands, Touch of Class and Sunset pizza. Touch of Class will deliver dinner to your villa (you must order the morning). We can help with further details about these locations.

Shops & Dining are a short golf cart ride away (golf cart may be rented from a local vendor). The Beach Villas community has a beautiful beachfront pool. Access is included with your stay.

Kastaway Villa exceeded all our expectations. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing time at Kastaway Villa. The villa was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed long walks on the white sand beach. The owner was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
It was great! Dorian still affecting the area but upon getting to the unit we were really pleased and comfortable. Many kind people and we enjoyed everything that was available. Sunset pizza was great as was boating with Mark as captain.

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed to feel at home. Me and my boyfriend more than enjoyed our stay! The house was walking distance from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life, I know where to stay if we go back. Just check and make sure the tub is fixed before you book, other than that I have no complaints, thank you Kelly.
Kelly's place was super comfortable. close to the beach and pool. Just the right size for my
husband and myself. Super clean. Kelly was responsive to all of our needs as far as our stay went.
We will definitely stay there again.

Oh my gosh … where to begin . The place is so so so much better then the pictures . The first we open that door we felt right at home . The place is exceptionally clean there are two bathrooms whisk was so convenient for us traveling with 2 kids . Kitchen is fully equipped . Loved the location right on the beach . The beach is wonderful… we spent all the time in there . The ferry to green turtle cay just 6 miles away . We loved the villa . And Kelly with Tonya . Was prepared more for our vacation then we were. They had book with all the restaurants and ferry addresses. They send us a tip sheet even before we got there and was wonderful helping us with rental car. Absolutely will be back. Thank you Kelly for help.

The place is beautiful and has everything you need. Not much privacy as the villas are on top of each other so most of the time curtains need to be pulled. I like openness of a home. The bed was very comfortable! AC worked great and ceiling fans. A must for me. Beach is steps down a path and beautiful. All in all it was very nice.
